Aqua fitness

Get fitOur aqua fitness courses boost your fitness, heart and circulation and strengthen your entire locomotor system – and it’s five times as effective as on the ground! So one aqua fitness session equates to five sessions sweating it out in the fitness studio. Powerful, right?
